Deloitte has advised GPF Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in the textile group JHK, a leading Spanish company in the design, production, and marketing of basic garments for use and customization.
This agreement seeks to boost the company’s internationalization plans and explore new acquisitions to further strengthen its leadership position.
GPF Partners was advised by the Deloitte Legal teams, comprising Paula Pérez Fernández (partner), Xavier Pallarés López (partner), Susana López Claver (managing director), Ricardo Gil Murillo (senior associate manager), Javier Galán López (senior associate manager), Miguel Salvide Alegría (senior associate), and Fernando González Hernández (senior associate).
