Ontier strengthens its Real Estate department with the addition of Alfonso Vallés Rodríguez, formerly of Freshfields, as director at the Real Estate department headed by Natalia Callejo.

Alfonso Vallés Rodríguez
Vallés is specialised in complex real estate transactions, with extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets and companies, the structuring of joint venture and partnership agreements, management and operating agreements, leases, and development projects. He has advised investment funds, developers, and companies in the sector on high-impact transactions, both domestic and international, and has a solid understanding of the tax and financial aspects of such transactions.
With a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE), he has spent most of his career at Freshfields, where he has worked for more than a decade in the Real Estate department. He has also worked at other firms such as Garrigues and CMS.
