Carmen González, new director of the Agency Division at Baylos

Baylos has announced the addition of Carmen González, formerly of Pons IP, as the new director of the Agency division.

With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, González has led the management of extensive trademark and patent portfolios in different firms, directing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating procedures in different jurisdictions. She has in-depth operational knowledge of the processing, protection, and defense of industrial and intellectual property rights, which supports her incorporation into Baylos as a key player in strengthening the department.

The new director has a solid track record of more than 25 years in the field of industrial property and has led the management of extensive trademark portfolios in different law firms, directing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating procedures in different jurisdictions. Before joining Baylos, she developed her career at Pons IP, where she was Director of Strategy and Legal Advice and Director of Trademarks and Brand Intelligence. She has also worked at other firms, such as Ecija and Oficina Ponti.
