Baker McKenzie advises Swiss Life AM France on the acquisition and financing of four Alannia Resorts campsites
Baker McKenzie has advised Swiss Life Asset Managers France on the acquisition and lease back, as well as the financing of four campsites in Alicante and Tarragona, from Alannia Resorts.
