Ontier advises Evernord and Novira Capital on international project bond issue of bonds
Ontier has advised Evernord and Novira Capital on an international project bond issuance to finance the development and construction of luxury real estate avant-garde villas in Marbella.
The bonds have been registered with the central securities depository Nasdaq, in Lithuania, with Audifina acting as bondholders’ representative.
The firm team was led by Manuel Mingot (partner) and Esteban Cuyás (director), with the support of associate María Luisa Cid. Spanish Tax advice has been provided by Teresa Valdelomar and Concha Navarro. Tegos Legal advised on the Lithuanian aspects of the deal, including the listing and the bondholders’ agreement.
