Zadal appoints Manuel Martínez as Litigation and Restructuring partner
Zadal has appointed Manuel Martínez as partner to create and lead the Litigation and Restructuring department.
Manuel Martínez
Martínez specialises in civil, commercial and insolvency litigation and has particular experience in civil liability claims, contractual disputes, unfair competition and corporate conflicts, representing individuals and national and international companies with businesses in the financial, industrial, energy, real estate and automotive sectors, among others.
Before joining Zadal, he spent more than a decade working at leading international firms such as Hogan Lovells and Freshfields. Manuel holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from CEU Cardenal Herrera University and has been an associate professor in the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
