SRS Legal advises ActiveCap on €8.2M investment
SRS Legal has advised ActiveCap on an €8.2 million investment in the specialised furniture group OZO Living, with the aim of accelerating the company’s international expansion and strengthening its export capacity.
The investment will allow OZO Living to reinforce and expand its presence in international markets, particularly in the US, consolidate its production capacity, and develop new product lines, contributing to the recognition of the Portuguese brand in the global furniture sector, states the law firm.
The private equity & venture capital team at SRS Legal was led by partner Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (pictured) and included coordinator Marco Silva Garrinhas and associate Miguel Pereira Bonifácio.
