Casadeley names José María Labadía as Madrid Managing Partner
Casadeley has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of José María Labadía, who joins the firm both as partner in the labor law department and as managing partner of the Madrid office.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Labadía is a recognized expert in collective bargaining and labor relations. Over the course of his career, he has advised on a wide range of labor disputes and collective agreement negotiations for both Spanish and international companies. In recent years, he has also been deeply involved in managing labor conflicts in the aviation sector.
A law graduate from UCAM, Labadía has built his career at leading firms including Ceca Magán and Dentons. He brings extensive litigation experience before the labor courts at all levels, representing clients in both collective and individual disputes.
Founded 35 years ago by Javier San Martín, Casadeley is a boutique law firm specialized in advising companies on labor and employment matters. Originally established in León, the firm also has offices in Oviedo and Madrid.
