Andersen advises Culmia on the acquisition of a landmark property and a plot of land in the centre of Pontevedra
Andersen has advised Culmia, a real estate platform offering comprehensive housing solutions, on the acquisition of a landmark building and a plot of land located on the corner of Calle Michelena and Calle Gutiérrez Mellado, in the centre of Pontevedra.
The transaction was structured through a mixed exchange agreement and strengthens Culmia’s presence in the region, where it is already developing a 76-home development in Portonovo and another 45-home development in the city itself.
On the new property, the company will build a high-end residential project comprising 45 homes distributed over 6,100 square metres of buildable area, of which 1,200 will be dedicated to commercial use.
The advisory services were led by Ignacio Sáenz de Santamaría, Real Estate partner, together with Enrique Pérez, senior associate in the same department.
