Ramón y Cajal advises Aexx Capital on a €55 million financing for a luxury real estate complex in Palma

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Aexx Capital on a €55 million financing granted for the development of a luxury real estate complex in Palma.

The project will be built on Mar i Terra in El Jonquet, a plot facing the port and bay of Palma owned by residential development platform Xojay. The complex will comprise 57 residences, each with an average surface of 1,170 square metres.

The transaction was led by Pablo Rodríguez Abelenda, partner of the Banking & Finance practice, and Francisco Bengoetxea, partner of the Urban Planning practice, with the support of associates David Calleja Carretón and Ane Basterretxea.
