Dedalus strengthens its legal team with two key appointments

Dedalus Group, a global digital health group that supports healthcare organizations, laboratories, and diagnostic centers worldwide, has strengthened its legal team with the appointment of Maria Chiara Argenton as Group General Counsel for Italy, France, Iberia, and Latin America, and Javier Nistal as Regional Legal Manager for Iberia and Latin America.

Maria Chiara Argenton

Argenton, a member of the Supervisory Board of Dedalus Italia and who until now held the position of Deputy Group General Counsel at Dedalus, has managed the group’s legal governance at the corporate level, including the negotiation of commercial and procurement agreements, the integration of M&A operations, and financial legal relations. In addition, she has a solid background in law, having graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and obtained an Executive Master’s in Risk Management from SDA Bocconi University.

During her professional career, she has worked in international law firms and leading companies, holding positions of responsibility in corporate governance, competition law, and intellectual property, and participating in internal risk and compliance committees to implement mitigation measures.

Javier Nistal

Nistal takes on the responsibility of leading legal counsel in Iberia and Latin America. Until now, he held the same position for Iberia and has been part of Dedalus since November 2024. Previously, Nistal spent much of his career as an in-house lawyer at Inetum, in addition to working at Indra and various professional law firms. He specializes in public procurement and holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.
