GA_P advises BayWa r.e. on the sale of two photovoltaic projects to KGAL

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised BayWa r.e. Projects España on the sale of two photovoltaic projects located in the municipality of Guillena, Seville: Gerena II (with an approximate capacity of 50 MWp) and Chamorro (with an approximate capacity of 10 MWp), to the KGAL Investment Management fund.

The transaction reinforces BayWa’s commitment to the development of renewable energy projects in Spain and consolidates the alliance between the two companies in the development of sustainable energy infrastructure.

Verónica Romaní, Diego Martínez Colino, Laura Rey, and Mónica Sebares, partner and associates of the Energy team, advised on the transaction.
