Patricia Medina Sánchez rejoins GA_P as Senior Associate
Patricia Medina Sánchez has rejoined Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) as a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A team at the Madrid office.
Medina Sánchez returns to GA_P after several years as Legal Counsel and Head of Real Estate at RIC Energy, where she advised on transactions and corporate matters in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Earlier in her career, she worked at RocaJunyent before first joining GA_P, building significant experience in corporate law, M&A, and real estate transactions.
Her return strengthens GA_P’s corporate practice in Madrid, particularly in the areas of energy and real estate, where she brings both private practice and in-house expertise.
