RC Law advises on the acquisition of The Boxer Hotel in Boston
RC Law acted as legal counsel to Grupo Hotusa, through its Eurostars Hotel Company brand, in connection with the acquisition of The Boxer Hotel, an 80-key, four-star property located in Boston’s historic West End neighborhood, in a multimillion-dollar transaction.
Formerly operated by Hersha Hospitality Management, The Boxer Hotel now becomes part of Eurostars’ growing U.S. portfolio, marking another step in the group’s continued international expansion. This acquisition also represents the second U.S. hotel transaction in which Grupo Hotusa has entrusted RC Law, demonstrating the group’s continued trust in the firm.
