Proença de Carvalho in Ederson Moraes’ move to Fenerbahçe

Proença de Carvalho has advised on the transfer of Brazilian international goalkeeper Ederson Moraes from Manchester City to Turkish club Fenerbahçe SK.

The transaction involved negotiating and formalising the termination of the football player’s contract with Manchester City, as well as preparing and closing the new agreement with Fenerbahçe SK and the broader contractual package with Gestifute, which represented Moraes. The Proença de Carvalho team oversaw all stages of the negotiation process, which required coordination across multiple jurisdictions.
