Abreu advises Peninsular Soccer on stake sale
Abreu Advogados advised Peninsular Soccer, a Portuguese company with Spanish investors, on the sale of a majority stake in Amora FC SAD. Abreu’s advice covered the entire sale process, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting of the Share Purchase Agreement, and closing of the transaction.
