Sérvulo advises Sporting on the acquisition of Alvaláxia

Sérvulo has advised Sporting Lisbon on the acquisition of the Alvaláxia building, a transaction valued at €17 million. The property, located next to the José Alvalade stadium, will be transformed to house the club’s future museum and new commercial areas.

The purchase is part of the Cidade Sporting project, through which the club aims to strengthen and modernize its sports and commercial complex, in parallel with the remodeling work currently underway on the west side of the stadium.

Legal advice was provided by a multidisciplinary team from Sérvulo. The transaction was led by Sofia Carreiro, partner in the Corporate and M&A area, together with Teresa Pala Schwalbach (Tax), Francisco Boavida Salavessa (Finance), Carla Leandro (Real Estate, Tourism, and Urban Planning), and Ana Beatriz Gonçalves (Corporate M&A).
