Hogan Lovells advises Hines on the acquisition of four build-to-rent residential buildings
Hogan Lovells‘ Real Estate team in Madrid has advised Hines on the acquisition of four build-to-rent residential buildings comprising 531 homes in the Cuatro Vientos neighbourhood of Madrid.
The four residential buildings acquired in Madrid include other amenities such as a swimming pool, co-working spaces, a gym, a spa, a cinema and more than 4,000 square metres of common areas. In addition, their design focuses on energy efficiency and they have BREEAM Very Good and Fitwel 2-star certifications.
The transaction was led by partner Orson Alcocer, and the team consisted of counsel Andrés Candela and associates Carlos Sánchez Viñuela and Miguel Getino.
