pbbr advised Sogenial Immobilier on the acquisition of the Vida Ovar Shopping Center.

This commercial space, previously owned by White Sand Capital Portugal, has 67 stores and restaurants spread over two floors, with a gross area of over 20,000 m², and offers free parking with 238 covered spaces and 1,080 outdoor spaces.

This acquisition represents a strategic step in strengthening Sogenial Immobilier’s position in the regional commercial real estate sector, consolidating its presence in assets with a strong retail component and potential for appreciation.
