DLA Piper and Cuatrecasas advise on €35m financing for two PV plants in Spain
DLA Piper and Cuatrecasas have advised on the €35 million financing granted by Bankinter to a joint venture formed by Victory Hill, a global sustainable energy investment firm, and Spanish developer Spanish Power, for the construction of two photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of approximately 75 MW, located in the provinces of Burgos and Málaga. DLA Piper acted for the joint venture, while Cuatrecasas advised Bankinter.
Both projects form part of the portfolio of solar photovoltaic and wind assets acquired by the aforementioned joint venture in July 2024, with a total capacity of around 250 MW distributed between Spain, Portugal, and Sweden.
