Martínez-Echevarría advises on Avanzia stake sale to Econocom España
Martínez-Echevarría has advised the owners of Avanzia Aplicaciones on the sale of a significant stake to Econocom Spain. This transaction consolidates Econocom Spain as a leader in the design and comprehensive management of audiovisual projects for the global market.
Econocom Spain, as part of the Econocom Group, has been a leader in the digital transformation of public and private companies for 50 years, and Avanzia Aplicaciones is a leading engineering firm in the integration of audiovisual projects, immersive technological solutions, and the design and construction of spaces aimed at improving the user experience, among a wide portfolio of solutions and services.
As a result, Econocom Spain’s Audiovisuals division will close 2025 with a turnover of close to €60 million, a team of 250 specialists and engineers, and several centers of excellence in Madrid and Asturias from which it supports installations in 95 countries.
