Addleshaw Goddard advises Iroko Zen on the purchase of Parque Guadaíra
The Real Estate team at Addleshaw Goddard has advised French REIT Iroko Zen on the acquisition of Parque Guadaíra, a commercial space in Seville, previously owned by Principal. The transaction is valued at over €26 million.
With a surface area of 32,200 square metres, the space hosts more than 17 leading brands in the fashion, catering and food sectors. With this acquisition, Iroko Zen will develop its objective of further expanding and diversifying its commercial offer.
The firm team advising Iroko Zen was led by partner José Antonio Calleja, with the support of senior associate Pilar Lorenzo and associates Úrsula Barrientos and Marta Orta.
Previously, the firm advised Iroko Zen on the purchase of an industrial warehouse in León from Abrdn European Logistics Income.
