Fils advises Theker Robotics on a €21 million financing round
Fils has advised Barcelona-based start-up Theker Robotics on the closing of a €21 million financing round, a transaction aimed at boosting its growth, expanding its production capacity and strengthening its team.
The round was led by Kibo Ventures and included the participation of other prominent investors, such as KFund and Inditex’s venture capital fund, among others.
Founded in 2021 by Jia Qiang Ye Zhu and Carla Gómez Cano, engineers trained at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Theker Robotics has positioned itself as one of the most promising Spanish start-ups in the field of robotic innovation.
The Fils team responsible for advising on the transaction was led by María Rodrigo Muro, partner at the firm, together with associate Álex Villabona, acting as associate.
