This new vehicle, the third in Hermes Properties’ history, will focus on the acquisition of income-generating assets, mainly in the commercial and residential sectors.
The company’s initial objective is to invest €50 million over the next two years, consolidating its strategy of sustained growth and long-term value creation.
The firm’s advice was led by Luis Fuster, partner in the Corporate M&A practice, and Jaime Martínez-Íñiguez, partner in the Tax practice, with the participation of Pablo Garcia from the Corporate M&A team.
