PwC strengthens its labour law team in Portugal

PwC Portugal has reinforced its labour law team with the appointment of Carolina Bonina Cariano as manager. The lawyer transits from CCA Law Firm, and joins the team led by Levi França Machado, at a time of significant growth and consolidation of this strategic area of the firm, states PwC.

With solid experience in labour law, Carolina has developed her professional career advising national and international companies on employment matters. “Carolina is a great fit for our growth strategy. In recent years, we’ve been fortunate to achieve double-digit growth year after year, and that is only possible with robust, experienced, and solid teams. Carolina is now part of this project”, states França Machado.

Cristina Cabral Ribeiro, legal lead partner at PwC, says: “The labour practice area has been one of PwC’s key focuses for several years. This hire is part of a broader strategy of continuous growth in the area, and we remain committed to continuously strengthening the team.”
