CMS Portugal advises Finangeste on €60M investment

CMS Portugal advised Finangeste, a Portuguese real estate development and credit recovery company, on a €60 million investment in Quinta do Contador. The project, which includes the construction of 345 homes, commercial spaces, offices, and student residences in Tomar, is scheduled to move forward in September.

The transaction was led by Sara de Almeida Barroso (pictured left), partner in the urban planning practice, with the participation of associate Inês Machado da Silva (pictured right).
