This strategic move follows the firm’s earlier integration of the entire tax department from Vialegis at the beginning of the year, underscoring its commitment to reinforcing its position in the fiscal law sector.

Andrea Ros holds dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She brings extensive experience in tax law, having previously worked at Garrigues and most recently serving as a tax partner at Optio Next Law.

With Ros’s arrival, Fils aims to further consolidate its expertise in complex tax matters, offering clients enhanced capabilities and a broadened team of professionals in this key practice area.
