CMS and Eversheds Sutherland advise on Bechtle’s acquisition of Grupo Solutia
Bechtle, Europe’s leading IT services provider, has acquired Grupo Solutia, Spanish IT company with a strong focus on the public sector. Headquartered in Seville, Grupo Solutia reported revenues exceeding €100 million in 2024, with core operations in healthcare, education, and public administration.
This acquisition allows Bechtle to strengthen its strategic position in Spain, aligning with its broader international expansion strategy. Bechtle currently employs over 15,500 people and recently recorded annual revenues of €6.3 billion.
