CMS Portugal advises Finangest on €25M investment

CMS Portugal advised Finangeste, a Portuguese real estate developer and credit recovery company, on a €25 million investment in Parque das Nações, in Lisbon. Finangeste, in partnership with an international investor, will renovate two buildings located in the zone. The project, called Verde Parque, consists of two buildings with different purposes, one of which is currently being licensed for residential use.

The transaction was led by Sara de Almeida Barroso, partner in the urban planning practice, with the participation of associate Inês Machado da Silva (both pictured from left to right).
