Across Legal advises HWK Tech Investment on icloudCompliance’s €2m round of funding

Across Legal, a legal boutique specialising in technology and venture capital, has advised HWK Tech Investment on the €2 million investment in icloudCompliance, the Spanish SaaS platform specialising in regulatory compliance and due diligence.

icloudCompliance is a SaaS platform that automates compliance, due diligence and internal audit processes, facilitating traceability, transparency and risk mitigation for companies and organisations.

The round will allow the startup to strengthen its technological development, expand its team and consolidate its presence in Europe and Latin America.

Iván Moll (partner), Víctor Martín (Corporate & M&A lawyer) and Borja Vallejo (Venture Capital & M&A lawyer) have led the transaction.
