Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa and Roca Domenech advise on the acquisition of the Ilunion Palmanova Mallorca hotel
Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa has advised Ilunion Hotels on the addition of the Ilunion Palmanova Mallorca hotel to its hotel portfolio, its second hotel in the Balearic Islands, consolidating its presence in this region. This operation reinforces its Strategic Plan 2024-2027, aimed at expanding its hotel network in key destinations.
The team was formed by Paula Hernandez (partner), Javier Rabena Camuñas (senior associate) and Antonio Orbe Retana (associate) from the Real Estate team; Guillermo Bueno (partner), María Vallejo and Silvia P. (senior associates) from Corporate/M&A, and Miguel Bastida Peydro (partner), Alejandro Megias Lastra (senior associate), Carlos Luengo Álvarez de Buergo and Carmen Ávila Gómez (associates) from Tax.
