The legal sector in Barcelona sees the birth of a new boutique law firm: Auset&Iglesias Abogados, the result of the strategic merger of two highly respected practices specializing in family law.

The merger brings together Auset Abogados, founded and led by Adriana Auset Domper, and the firm of Susana Iglesias Iglesias, an expert in both civil and canonical family law. Now operating jointly under the name Auset&Iglesias Abogados, the new firm will provide comprehensive and specialized legal counsel in complex family matters.

Headquartered in Barcelona and co-directed by Auset and Iglesias, the firm reinforces its operational capacity, structure, and resources with this alliance—positioning itself as a reference point in family and inheritance law.

With over 25 years of experience, Adriana Auset holds a law degree and boasts a distinguished legal career, including various institutional roles. She has served as a member of the Governing Board of the Barcelona Bar Association and has actively contributed to legal institutions and professional organizations.

Susana Iglesias, with more than 30 years of experience, holds degrees from Abad Oliba University and the University of Barcelona. In addition to her family law expertise, she serves on the Ecclesiastical Tribunal and collaborates with the United States Consulate in Barcelona.

The firm also extends its services to foreign residents in Spain, addressing the unique challenges they face within the Spanish legal system.
