Telles advises Ageas on the sale of Domus Vida
Telles advised Ageas Portugal Holdings on the sale of 30% of the share capital of Sociedade Portuguesa de Serviços de Apoio e Assistência a Idosos (SPS) to CUF – Gestão de Clientes e de Serviços de Saúde. The Portuguese law firm also advised on the sale of 30% of the share capital of Sociedade Portuguesa de Serviços Residenciais (SPSR) to José de Mello Residências e Serviços (SGPS).
SPSI is a company that provides accommodation services for the elderly in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area under the Domus Vida brand, while SPSR owns the properties where these residential units are located. The transaction was completed following a non-opposition decision from the Portuguese Competition Authority.
The multidisciplinary Telles team involved in this transaction was led by Mariana Ferreira Martins and coordinated by José Maria Braga da Cruz, partner and senior associate in the corporate, transactional and private equity practice.
