Perelló and Navarro honoured at the 2025 Procura Awards

The 2025 Procura Awards, hosted by the General Council of Court Representatives of Spain (CGPE) and the Madrid Bar Association of Procuradores (ICPM), were held yesterday at CaixaForum Madrid, honoring key figures in the legal field.

The Golden Scales of Justice Award was presented to José Ramón Navarro Miranda, former President of the National Court, while the Award for Coexistence and Tolerance went to María Isabel Perelló Doménech, President of the Supreme Court and CGPJ.

Over 250 guests from Spain’s legal and governmental sectors attended the ceremony, which emphasized the vital role of procuradores in a modern justice system.

CGPE President Ricardo Garrido highlighted that legal cases involving procuradores are resolved 40% faster, urging greater recognition and expanded roles for the profession.

The event also celebrated the legacy, modernization, and growing relevance of procuradores as a bridge between the judiciary and citizens.
