Baker McKenzie advises Savills IM on a logistics transaction in Valencia
Baker McKenzie‘s Real Estate team has advised Savills Investment Management on the acquisition of a logistics platform of more than 19,000 sqm in Manises (Valencia), owned by developer Scannell Properties, for approximately €20 million.
The asset, located just five kilometres from Valencia airport, has 20 loading bays, ancillary offices, annex buildings and a large manoeuvring area for heavy vehicles.
The transaction has been led by Guillermo Rodrigo, with the participation of Marta González-Iniesta and Jaime Armijo, all members of Baker McKenzie’s Real Estate team.
