Three ETL Global Firms unite to launch Allyon ETL
Audiconsultores ETL Global, Spanish VAT Services, and Krino Abogados y Asesores Tributarios—three firms operating under the umbrella of international group ETL Global—have merged to form Allyon ETL, a new multidisciplinary firm aimed at strengthening advisory services in Spain’s mid-market sector.
Founded in Barcelona over 40 years ago, Audiconsultores ETL Global brings a team of 90 professionals and a comprehensive 360º advisory approach. In 2023, Spanish VAT Services, led by Fernando Matesanz and known for its specialization in indirect taxation, joined ETL Global, further reinforcing the group’s expertise in this crucial field.
The latest addition was Krino Abogados, a Madrid-based tax boutique founded by Juan Carlos López-Hermoso, with a team of 13 professionals focused on high-level tax advisory.
With this integration, Allyon ETL brings together more than 120 professionals across offices in Barcelona and Madrid. The move marks a major step in ETL Global’s strategic growth plan, aimed at enhancing specialization and expanding territorial coverage. The firm is led by partners Eduardo Güells, Fernando Matesanz, Marta Rios, Roger Barón, José Antonio Fernández, and Joan Pons.
