Laura Ochoa Alonso returns to Clyde & Co Madrid as Partner
Clyde & Co has announced the return of Laura Ochoa Alonso to its Madrid office, where she joins as a partner in the firm’s insurance and litigation practice, led by Miguel Relaño. Her reappointment comes after a period at AXA, where she was part of the Iberia legal team as senior Legal Counsel.
Ochoa is a specialist in civil liability, property and construction insurance, personal injury, and employer liability. She brings over a decade of experience in national and international litigation, with a strong focus on complex insurance disputes.
She holds dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Ochoa first joined Clyde & Co in 2014 from KPMG Abogados, rising through the ranks to the role of legal director before moving in-house to AXA. Her return is seen as a strategic move to further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in the insurance sector.
