Broseta promotes one quota partner and three directors

Broseta has promoted a quota partner and three directors in compliance with its strategic plan. The firm led by Rosa Vidal has made effective the appointment of Enrique Beaus as an equity partner of the Tax Law area and Abril Gascón, Rafael Lillo and Fábio Gomes as directors of the Criminal Law and Commercial Law areas respectively.

In the words of Rosa Vidal, managing partner of Broseta, “having the best talent in our organization is one of the strategic pillars of Broseta. Therefore, our commitment to the development of the firm’s professionals is firm”.

Enrique Beaus

Beaus has been promoted toquota partne after more than 12 years of professional career at Broseta, nine of them as a professional partner. Of his 26 years of work experience dedicated to tax law, it is worth mentioning his work carried out at Banco de Valencia, a financial institution where he was director of the Tax Department since 2006, occupying in 2012 the position of director of the Legal and Tax area, and member of its Management Committee.

Abril Gascón

Gascón has been appointed director of Broseta’s Criminal Law Department. She is a lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience, having focused her practice in criminal law and criminal procedure, particularly in economic criminal law. She has extensive experience in advising companies, management bodies and partners on corporate crime, crimes against the Treasury, environmental and industrial accidents.

Rafael Lillo

Lillo has been appointed head of the Commercial Law area. He specializes in M&A, contracting, real estate law, family business, succession planning and corporate law. He also participates as a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy at the Catholic University of Valencia and in the Diploma of University Expert in Art Market Law at the Cardenal Herrera-CEU University.

Fábio Gomes

Gomes has been promoted to director of the Commercial Law area. He is a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, real estate law and energy law. Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2011, prior to joining Broseta, he has developed his professional career in prestigious legal services firms in Portugal.
