RSM names Vicente Durán as new Transfer Pricing Partner
RSM has taken a significant step in expanding its tax practice by appointing Vicente Durán as the new Partner in charge of Transfer Pricing in Spain. Based in the Madrid office, Durán will lead the Transfer Pricing practice in close collaboration with Jaime López, Partner at Barcelona’s office, to provide an integrated and cohesive service across the country.
Durán brings an extensive background in international taxation and transfer pricing, having built his career at leading professional services firms. Prior to joining RSM, he was a Partner at EY, where he headed the Transfer Pricing and Tax Technology practices for the financial sector in Spain. Before that, he held key leadership roles at KPMG, where he founded and led the firm’s Transfer Pricing division and was also responsible for M&A, Tax, and International Tax Integration departments, eventually serving as Managing Partner of the Tax practice.
His experience includes the design and development of innovative, tech-driven solutions in the field of Transfer Pricing, leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and blockchain. He has also led the creation of complex valuation and transaction analysis models for related-party operations.
