Ceca Magán incorporates two new labor law directors in Barcelona and Seville

Ceca Magán Abogados incorporates the labor lawyers Jordi Diosdado and Rosa Meléndez as directors in the labor area of its offices in Barcelona and Seville, respectively.

The labor area of the firm is led by Enrique Ceca at national level, who comments on the incorporations “the commitment to Jordi and Rosa, both senior profiles, is a response to meet a demand for more and more complex matters in all our offices”.

Jordi Diosdado

Diosdado joins the team of labor lawyers in Barcelona led by partner Àlex Santacana, bringing 18 years of experience in advising national and multinational companies. He has a long track record as a labor litigator, in audits and collective disputes in the hospitality, health, pharmaceutical, retail and tourism sectors.

With a degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, he combines the practice of law with teaching, being an academic collaborator at OBS Business School. Previously, he has developed his professional career at Deloitte Legal and comes from Sagardoy Abogados.

Rosa Meléndez

Rosa Meléndez has more than 17 years of experience and has developed her professional career until now at Garrigues. With a law degree from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, she specializes in collective bargaining, labor litigation and labor inspection proceedings, as well as in the retail and agri-food sectors. She joins the Seville office led by managing partner Francisco Esteban.

The labor area currently has more than 55 professionals, in 2024 grew by 25.5% compared to the previous year, which represents a total turnover of 9.2M euros, representing 37% of the firm’s total, which closed 2024 with a turnover of 24.9M euros.
