WLW and Harvard promote women’s leadership in law with the 3rd edition of its executive program

Women in a Legal World (WLW) has opened the call for the third edition of the Legal Leadership Development Executive Program, a high-level training initiative aimed at women with an outstanding projection in the legal field. The program, organized in collaboration with Harvard Law School, will be held in Madrid during the week of June 16.

Consolidated as one of the benchmarks in female leadership in the legal sector, the program is designed for female lawyers, judges, notaries, managers and other legal professionals who have a solid track record and aspire to continue growing in positions of influence. During an intensive week, participants will receive strategic, managerial and transformational training from national and international leaders, under an innovative and impact-oriented methodology.

“This program was created in response to a real need in the sector: to have more women in leadership positions. We want to accompany professionals who have already demonstrated their talent, helping them to take the next step with confidence, training and global vision,” says Clara Cerdán, director of the program and vice president of WLW, ‘The objective is to accompany women with talent and trajectory, and provide them with resources to enhance their impact in an increasingly complex and demanding professional environment,’ explains Cerdán.

To apply for one of the positions, it is required to have more than 15 years of experience in the legal field and a consolidated professional profile. An evaluation committee will be in charge of assessing each candidacy based on the trajectory, potential and commitment to the values of transformational leadership.

Those interested can submit their application until May 9 through this form: application form.
