Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia advises Solar Ambition CF2 in the bond issue for the acquisition and development of nine energy projects
Montero-Aramburu and Gómez-Villares & Atencia has advised Solar Ambition CF2, a subsidiary of the Green Enesys Group GmbH, a Swiss-based European developer of renewable energy projects, on a bond issuance governed by Spanish and French law.
The issuance will finance the acquisition and development of seven photovoltaic (PV) plants and two energy storage projects located across Spain and Italy, developed by Green Enesys Group and VIRIDI Group, with a combined capacity of approximately 230 MW. The bonds were privately placed with institutional investors in both Spain and France.
The advisory team was led by José Blanco, partner in the capital markets practice, along with Rocío Valdecantos and Alonso Fernández de Santaella from the corporate team. They were supported by Miguel Cuesta, partner, and Rebeca Cuesta, director of the corporate department.
