CMS Portugal assists Atenor on land acquisition in Parque das Nações
CMS Portugal advised Atenor on the purchase of a plot of approximately 4,000 sqm located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. This terrain will house a 8,000 sqm mixed-use project, combining offices and commercial space. The project will feature more than 15% private outdoor space, an adjacent public garden, and views of the river Tagus from the upper floors.
Atenor is a property developer, focused on mixed-use projects that include offices, residences, and commercial spaces, driven by its research and development department, Archilab. Listed on Euronext Brussels, Atenor is one of the main players in the property development sector.
On this transaction, CMS Portugal’s team was co-led by real estate & urban planning partners Sara de Almeida Barroso and José Manuel Silva Nunes (both pictured), with the participation of the associates Carlos Henriques Saraiva and Inês Soares de Melo.
