Linklaters advises L Catterton on landmark shopping centre acquisitions in Iberia
Linklaters has advised L Catterton Real Estate on the acquisition of two major retail assets in the Iberian Peninsula: Nosso Shopping in Portugal and Los Fresnos shopping centre in Spain.
These transactions marks L Catterton Real Estate a significant direct investments in both Spain and Portugal, reinforcing its strategic expansion into the Southern European retail property market.
The cross-border advisory team was led by Adolfo Guerrero, partner in the Real Estate practice in Madrid, and Diogo Plantier Santos, partner in the Corporate practice in Lisbon (both pictured). They were supported by associates Carlos Gil Mesino and Nuno Devesa Neto, respectively.
