Hogan Lovells incorporates Orson Alcocer as Real Estate Partner

Hogan Lovells has expanded its Corporate & Finance practice in Spain with the appointment of Orson Alcocer as a partner to lead the firm’s real estate practice in Madrid. Alcocer joins from DLA Piper, where he served as head of the Real Estate practice in Spain.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Alcocer is a recognized leader in advising institutional investors, developers, private equity firms, and financial institutions on complex and high-value property transactions. Also, his expertise spans structured acquisitions, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and development projects across asset classes such as office, retail, logistics, hospitality, residential developments, and data centers.
