Andersen incorporates Bernabé de Marcelino as Tax Partner

Andersen has hired Bernabé de Marcelino, from Deloitte Legal, as a new partner in the Tax Department. De Marcelino has almost 20 years of experience in the tax field, with expertise in direct, indirect and local taxation applied to financial institutions, as well as in the taxation of their products and services.

The new partner comes from Deloitte Legal, where he held the position of counsel. He has also been a part of the big four for more than 18 years.

Specializing in retail, wholesale and private banking, asset management, alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, real estate and payment services, the new Andersen partner has participated in important reorganization processes in the Spanish financial system, including acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He also has experience in tax procedures and inspections, international taxation, coordination of global projects and regulatory adaptation.

De Marcelino holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
