Andersen advises on the acquisition of Comercial Lapuyade
Andersen has advised Especialidades Eléctricas Lausan, a subsidiary of Alliance Automotive Group (AAG), in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Comercial Lapuyade Group. With this transaction, Alliance Automotive Iberia confirms its presence in the automotive aftermarket in the Iberian Peninsula and advances in its goal of becoming a leader in the sector.
Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is the leading European group in the automotive aftermarket. Lapuyade was founded in 1994 and specializes in the distribution of automotive spare parts.
The advice has been led by Jaime Aguilar, partner of Andersen’s Corporate/M&A area, together with Mayo Torres, senior associate, and Carlota de Sas, lawyer, both from the same department.
