KPMG Abogados has advised DomusVi on the sale of Mentalia Salud, its specialized mental health division, to the consortium formed by Neural and Peninsula Capital Advisors. The transaction marks a new milestone in the specialized healthcare sector in Spain, allowing DomusVi to strengthen its strategic focus on other key areas of social healthcare.
The divestiture of Mentalia represents a growth opportunity for Neural, a company focused on specialized mental health care, and for Peninsula Capital, which reinforces its commitment to the healthcare sector with this acquisition.
