Andersen incorporates Carlos de la Torre as its new labor and employment partner. A Labor and Social Security Inspector on leave of absence, he has more than 25 years of experience in the field of labor law, the last ten as a lawyer.

The new partner is an expert in labor restructuring processes, including collective dismissal measures and incentive dismissal plans; collective bargaining and occupational accidents and social security.
He also has experience advising national and international companies in complex labor inspections and judicial proceedings, both individual and collective; in matters related to senior management and incentive systems, and in the labor law aspect of M&A transactions and company transformations. Currently, he is also a mediator at the SIMA Foundation, where he intervenes in the extrajudicial resolution of collective conflicts.
Throughout his career, De la Torre has worked in prestigious national and international law firms. He has also been director of Human Resources at ICO, counselor of Development at the Spanish Embassy in London and representative of Spain at the International Maritime Organization (IMO), among other positions, and has participated as a member of the Group of Experts of the UNE 19604 Labor Compliance Standard.
A law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Carlos de la Torre has an ESG program from IE Business School and a management development program (PDD) from IESE Business School. In addition to practicing law, he is also a speaker at various universities and business schools.
