Deloitte Legal advises on the sale of 49.99% of the capital stock of Enel Green Power España Solar 2 to Masdar
Deloitte Legal has advised Enel Green Power España, a subsidiary of Endesa, on the legal aspects related to the sale of 49.99% of the share capital of Enel Green Power España Solar 2 to the Abu Dhabi Emirate’s renewables group, Masdar, for 184 million euros.
The transaction, which is part of a long-term agreement between Endesa and Masdar, involves the development of one of the largest photovoltaic energy projects in Spain.
